If you call, we collect your phone number, the voicemail you leave, and a recording and transcript of the call. Calls may be recorded; a notice plays at the start of each call. If you use the form, we collect the name, phone number, and message you type.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request with a quote and to arrange the hauling work, including sharing your request with the local hauling provider who would do the job. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Call recordings and form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle quotes and measure how well this service works, then deleted.
